All of the boys and girls in the nursery will have the opportunity to partake in yoga with Katie from Iamzen. They develop co-ordination, balance and practice cross over body movements. We learn breathing techniques 🫁, think kind thoughts 🤔, say kind words 🗣and have kind hearts ♥️
